Description

A ragtag crew of pirates set sail  to plunder legendary treasure. Their journey is fraught with disastrous mishaps all due to a mischievous woodworm.  Their quirky escapades often land them in sticky situations. This is a very funny tale of blundering misadventure and merriment on the high seas.

Using poster paint and collage, It’s a beautifully illustrated story with ongoing visual jokes to search for on each page. Easy to read with natural rhythms and rhyming words empowered with evocative and humorous illustrations, this is a great gift to share the joys of reading with young pirate fans.

The Blundering Plundering pirates series is a wild and wacky adventure with many twists and turns. My two boys are hooked onto all three books. You will never guess where the story ends (in Book 3)! Matt Bowie

  2. Jonathon Natsuch

Sharks! A marauding woodworm!Terrible piratical decision making! “The Blundering Blundering Pirates” features no plundering because frankly these pirates are rubbish at their job which is all jolly good fun. There’s lots of humour as the pirates fail utterly in their quest to find treasure. And the illustrations are lovely, with plenty of “Easter Eggs” to find on repeat readings.
